Responsibilities - Represent, promote products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Achieve agreed sales targets, contributing to team effort to achieve results as needed.
- Coordinate with management, accounts and logistics for customers orders
- Provide monthly reports on customer requirements, interests, problems and any potential for improvement on products/services.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
